Glowforge Father’s Day Hammer | Glowforge Project | Laser

In this episode we cover our first Glowforge project, a custom engraved Father’s Day hammer!

We take a kids signature and put it on the hammer using the Glowforge’s Trace tool and then add a couple other phrases to the hammer.

We cover the project from start to finish.

The hammers we like to use are from Harbor Freight, Home Depot, and Walmart. The ones from Walmart require an extra step to remove the hammer branding from the wood prior to engraving if you are engraving both sides, so we prefer the Harbor Freight (used in this video) or the Home Depot hammers because of this.
